"Wish Big" Card



I made this card with the Paper Smooches stamp "A Little Lovin" and the die cut "Little Lovin 1". The "balloons" die cut are also from Paper Smooches .
I colored them in with Spectrum Noir. The cloud is from  Lawn Fawn "Spring Showers".

For the background I put distress ink "broken china" on my craft sheet, sprayed some "glimmer mist" (Tattered Angels) and also sprayed some water, then I dipped the watercolor paper on it. And it gave the background a shiny effect.
