Baby Shark / My Favorite Things

 

Happy Sunday, everyone! Here I'm sharing a card I made for a cute little girl. She loves everything about "baby shark". 

I hung the card on a card hanger and I put a cute gift inside the bag.

I used the "baby shark" die-namics and I convert it to a cute sweet baby shark😀.

I colored the shark with "zig clean color real brush", I love these watercolor brushes because the colors are so bright. The sentiment is from MFT "sharky sentiments" stamp set.

For the background I did a "smooshing technique" with "mustard seed". And when it was completely dry I placed the MFT "ray of light" stencil and put "transparent gloss" paste on it. It's difficult to see the "rays" in the picture, but it's really glossy. The card hanger is from "soapbox creations", it's just a cute detail!

I think she is going to love it!!

Crafters Gonna Craft / Simon Says Stamp

Hi, everyone!! Here I'm sharing a set of cards I made with the Simon Says Stamp "art supplies" die-set.

I diecut all the pieces and began with watercoloring using my "zig clean color real brush" and I did some splattering on the white cardstock.

I diecut the white, pink, blue, green, orange and purple cardstock with Simon Says Says Stanp "wonky rectangles".

Love the sentiment "crafters gonna craft" from Simon Says Stamp "Crafty Friends".

I think they trurned out cute!!

Gefeliciteerd / Carlijn Design and My Favorite Things

 

Hi, everyone!! Here I'm sharing several festive slimline cards that I made with MFT "big balloon stencil" and Carlijn design "gefeliciteerd stamp set".

First I diecut a piece of cardstock with Carlijn Design "Snijmallen DL Slimline Kaart".

Then I ink blended the balloons with "picked raspberry", "spiced marmalade", "peacock feathers" and "twisted citron".

For the splatters I chose the same distress ink colors that I used for the ink blending.

When it was completely dry I prep the card with an antistatic powder and stamped the sentiment from Carlijn Design "gefeliciteerd blokletters" with "versfine onyx black" and heat embossed  it with "judikins sparkle embossing powder". Love the big Dutch "gefeliciteerd"  sentiment and it means "congratulations". Completing the card I glued various Trinity "sprite sprinkles".

I think they turned out cute and fun! I will be sending these cards to my friends in The Netherlands.

Donut Fold-a-Long Cards / Sizzix

 

Hello, everyone!! Here I'm sharing a cute project that I made with Sizzix "donut fold-a-long" thinlits die set.

I die cut all the pieces and then I began with ink blending. For the donuts I used "tea dye" and for the glaze, "festive berries", "picked raspberry" and "dusty concord". 

I glued the donuts with "multi medium matte", it's my favorite glue.

This is a cute and fun die-set!!

Valentine's Day Card / Simon Says Stamp

 

Hi, everyone!! Here I'm sharing a watercolor card. The cute stamp set is from Simon Says Stamp "stinkin cute". 

I watercolored the skunk with "zig clean color real brush", dark gray and pink.

For the background I was experimenting with different color combinations from Ken Oliver "color burst" . I like "violet" and "orange" together. Creating this background I sprayed more water than normal. 

To complete this card I placed some Trinity "fortune teller" embellishment. 

I just love this stamp set and I think it turned out cute!

Love & Hugs / Simon Says Stamp

 

Hi, everyone!! Here I'm sharing a watercolor card I made with the Simon Says Stamp "so beautiful". I stamped the flowers with distress ink "antique linen". 

For the watercoloring I used "gansai tambi", I love the bright colors of this set. I diecut the top of the watercolored piece, using the Simon Says Stamp "curved edge".

The sentiment is from Simon Says Stamp set "beautiful flowers". To complete this card I placed some Trinity "fortune teller" embellishment. 

For this card I was inpired by Debby Hughes, her watercoloring is just amazing. 

I love how this card turned out.
