Hamsa card

Happy Sunday, everyone!! Today I'm sharing a special birthday card I made for my best friend!!
I began with diecutting a piece of strathmore bristol with SSS wonky rectangles. In the center I diecut a window with SSS hamsa. My first idea was to make a shaker card. But later a changed my mind and just left it without the sequins.

I ink blended the bottom part with dusty concord, then shaded lilac and finished it on top with spun sugar. Then I glued a piece of acetate on the back of the cardstock.
I diecut three hamsa of pink cardstock and glued them together. And on the top I glued a gold one.
I heat embossed the message from SSS it's no secret with Zing gold embossing powder.  Then I glued the gold hamsa on the window part of the card.
I put double sided foam tape on the back of the main panel and placed it on a gold cardstock.
I think she is going to love it!!
